Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you order prints from PhotoPrints.in, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because you should actually be able to read it.
Your photos
Your photos are the most sensitive thing you give us, so we treat them separately from everything else.
- We use your photos for one purpose only: printing the order you placed. We do not look through them, share them, sell them, use them for advertising, or use them to train any AI system.
- They are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Only the staff fulfilling your order can open them.
- We delete them 90 days after your order is delivered. That window exists so we can reprint if something arrives damaged. After that they are gone permanently.
- You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time, and we will do it within 7 days unless your order is mid-print.
What else we collect

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with:
- Courier partners — your name, address and phone, so they can deliver the parcel.
- Our payment gateway — to process payment and handle refunds.
- Our cloud hosting and database provider — which stores this data on our behalf under contract.
- Government authorities — only where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your cart. These are necessary for the site to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your account and its data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not erase invoices we are legally required to retain for tax purposes.
Children
Our service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy substantially we will email registered customers. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
