Printing takes 1–2 working days, and delivery a further 3–5 days depending on your PIN code. You'll see the status update on your order page as it moves along.
We warn you in the editor when a photo is too low-resolution for a sharp print, so you can pick a better one before ordering. If you print anyway, the softness in the result is not something we can reprint for — but if a print arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and we will reprint it free.
If it hasn't gone to print yet, yes — message us quickly and we'll sort it. Once printing has started we can't change the photos.
Yes, anywhere a courier reaches. Remote PIN codes may take a couple of days longer.
