These terms govern your use of PhotoPrints.in. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we do

We print photographs you upload onto physical photo paper and deliver them to an address in India. Every order is made to order — nothing is printed until you pay for it.

Your photos and your rights to them

You keep full ownership of your photos. By uploading them you give us permission to print, cut and package them for your order, and nothing more.

You confirm that you have the right to print each photo, and that it is not:

• copyrighted work belonging to someone else, printed without permission
• sexually explicit material, or any image of a minor in such a context
• an image that promotes violence or hatred, or is illegal in India

We may refuse and refund any order containing such content. Where content appears seriously illegal we will report it.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
• Payment is taken in full before printing. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our payment gateway.
• We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order — the price you paid is the price.
• If a price is listed wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

Print quality and colour

We colour-manage our printing carefully, but a printed photo will never match a backlit phone screen exactly. Screens emit light; paper reflects it. Small differences in brightness and colour are normal and are not a defect.

We warn you in the editor when a photo is too low-resolution to print sharply. If you choose to print it anyway, the softness in the result is not something we can refund.

What you see in the crop preview is what gets printed. Please check it before confirming.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Our liability

If we get your order wrong, or it arrives damaged, we will reprint it free once you send us photographic evidence — see our Reprint & Cancellation Policy. Because every print is made to your own specification, a reprint is the remedy rather than a refund. That is the extent of what we owe you, and our total liability for any order is capped at what you paid for that order.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other things outside our control, though we will always help you chase a delayed parcel.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Palakkad, Kerala.
